1Acceptance and scope

Payments should come from an account or card held in the same verified name as the Tara PH account. Third-party funding may be refused, returned, or held for additional review. 6Bonuses, promotions, and rebates

If an event is postponed, abandoned, interrupted, or rescheduled, settlement follows the rule published for that market. Nothing in this agreement excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. If part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply as far as legally possible.

17Changes to these terms

Tara PH may revise these Terms and Conditions to reflect new products, security measures, payment processes, legal requirements, or operational practices. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Material changes may also be communicated through the platform or a registered contact channel. Continued use after a change takes effect means that the player accepts the revised terms. If you disagree, stop using Tara PH and request account closure after resolving any pending balance or transaction.

18Questions and disputes

If a player believes a transaction or settlement is incorrect, the matter should be raised promptly with enough detail for Tara PH to investigate. Useful information includes the account name, date, amount, game or event, transaction reference, and a clear description of the concern.
